Dear Michaels Collision Center: On Monday, August 20th, 2018, the left rear corner of my 2000 Camry was damaged. I went to Michael Collision Center and was greeted by Erica prater, Arik Rosvold, and Andrew Thompson. The team observed and evaluated the damage and put together the necessary paperwork. The parts were delivered in a timely manner as were the repairs. As a matter of fact, my vehicle was ready a day early. If everyone would work as Efficiently and Friendly as Andrew, Arik and Erica do, I wonder how many anxious hours, hard feelings and ultimate lawsuits could be Totally Eliminated. I took my car (Lexus) to Michael Toyota

I took my car (Lexus) to Michael Toyota, and man did they do a great job!!!! Angie helped me from the very beginning, and was super friendly and very professional!!! I’ve never owned a Lexus before, and I was having them add a spoiler to my car. Angie had me go, match the paint (guys were great!!!!) and once they had it matched, I left my car and got it back looking amazing!! I am super happy with the way it came out! Thank you Angie, for being so amazing!!!! It was awesome talking to you, and working with you!!! Great, Great customer service!!! Thank you paint / Michael’s team, very friendly, professional, and I’m very happy with the service!! The service crew, from inside of the building to the outside were just awesome!!! Two weeks ago a young teenage driver backed into my car

Two weeks ago a young teenage driver backed into my car. The gentlemen at MIchael’s simplified the process by contacting the driver’s insurance company and bird dogged the claim until the insured’s policy accepted liability. I didn’t have to chase down the driver or his insurance company.They ordered original parts, not cheaper after market parts, arranged for a loaner car and completed the work in less than one week. The facility was spotless, more like a surgery center than an automotive repair shop! The staff was personable, empathetic and very precise in their time estimates. The completed repairs were flawless. There were three individuals that helped me that were outstanding: Andrew Thompson, Arik Rosvold and Brian Clark.

It Felt Like Family

It Felt Like Family. Thats how Ill start with my review. It was my scheudled 40 thousand mile Special VW Diesel service last week September 12th 2018 which was all arrainged by Arik Rosvold and Jerry Sheldon. What impressed me was the phone call the day before by Jerry Sheldon and the Text msg by Arik Rosvold as a freindly reminder of the special VW Diesel service. Upon arrival Arik and Jerry offered a rent a car during the service as the expected service time would take appprox 2 days. I was grateful for the car rental. During the documentation prior to leaving my car Arik noticed a superficial scratch on my new car door and offered to buff it out. I was impressed. The car rental went through without a glitch as Arik Rosvold and Jerry Sheldon arrainged it prior to my arrival. I recieved a call two days later as discussed that the special VW service was completed. I was greeted by friendly smiles, warm handshakes by the Body shop Office staff and Arik Rosvold and Jerry Sheldon and Douglas. Arik and Jerry offered to return the rental car as we walked out to my parked serviced VW and I was amazed. The VW was washed, shiny, and detailed inside and out to perfection. It looked like the day I drove it off of Michaels VW car lot. This service did not end there. I couldnt believe my eyes as the scratch that Arik noticed was completely buffed out. I can’t express enough how grateful I am to Arik Rosvold and Jerry Sheldon who took the time to make all the arraingements for this special 40 thousand mile VW service. Also, to all the Michaels Auto Body Employees your smiles, warm greetings and customer service have tatooed onto my memory and outstanding experience. I will never forget and will mention to all of my relatives, friends and co-workers that buying a car at Michaels doesn’t end with the sales, that Service shows the customer how much they care. Wow! Where do i begin… after having my vehicle hit and totaled

Wow! Where do i begin… after having my vehicle hit and totaled a few weeks ago i ended up having it towed to Michaels because they partner with my AAA insurance. First i Met Arik Rosvold who explained the process to me and reassured me they would take care of everything and keep me updated as the process moved along. By the end of the next day i had already received a call from Brian Clarke letting me know that it was a total loss and he had already weighed out my best options and wanted to go over them with me to be sure i was satisfied and in a vehicle of the SAME value Before they let my insurance company scurry away leaving me in the dust. So that being said after just 2 days thanks to Brian and Arik’s team i was in a newer 2016 Toyota with zero hassle thanks to Michaels.

I was in a car accident and needed an estimate on the damages

I was in a car accident and needed an estimate on the damages. I called and spoke to Erica and she was so nice and helpful and was able to get me in the same day. After getting the estimate sent to my insurance, I needed parts for the car which only took a couple of days for them to get in. I called a couple times to check on the status of my car and spoke to arik and he was wonderful and very patient. My whole experience was great so thank you.
